Here is what I was thinking and recommended from other lifters maybe
250mg sust a week
5mg dbol ED,
I want to stay as a 198er, I drop from about 210 to 198 right now clean, does this sound possible
have been PLing for about a year, 23 yrs old, 755, 425, 610 lifts in comp
please help and/or give criticism
sust has to be injected eod and that dosage of test per wk seems a bit low...
5mg dbol? this is nothing...

I too am a powerlifter......and just completing my third cycle of AAS.
For your first cycle, go with 500mg/wk of test enanthate for 12 weeks.
Also, have nolva on hand and clomid for PCT.
Some form of testosterone should be in every cycle you do..........for your first cycle, keep it simple. Eventually, you will want to include things like dbol, tren, and possibly halo.

Bro since your a power lifter look into these dugs there are alot of power lifters in my gym they use
25mg methyltestosterone tabs
test suspension
propionate
Power lifters like thes dugs for a couple off reasons you dont retain as much water on them so you will gain less weight. These drugs make you very stong and are in and out of the system quicker which is better if you are going to get tested.
i also think for ur first cycle keep it simple go with test e 500mgs/wk 10-12weeks and be sure to take 10mgs of nolva ED...my first cycle was test e and i got good gains and i ran only 250mgs/wk for 10wks now i wish i would of ran 500mgs also keep pct in mind its one of if not the most important aspects of ur cycle good luck bro...
If you dont eat for bulking while doing a Test cycle you wont gain that much weight.
If I was you I would definately get some Halotestin to throw into what ever cycle you decide. Its an Androgen and doesnt make you gain weight. But puts your strength through the roof. You can even take Halotestin by itself.
By the way 5mgs of Dbol wouldnt do anything for you.
