ECA Stack questions.

i did research on eca stacks...so a stack consists of

25mg eph
200mg caffine
325mg asprin (canada)

now something i was confused of was that im suppose to take this on the 2 weeks off from my clen (which will be at 60-80mg dosage daily).

my question is do i take this 3 times a day??? i read somewhere that it said this...when should i take it during the day???

also should i space my clen apart through the day or just before morning cardio?

Your dosage of you ECA stack really depneds on you. I only take it once a day and I am fine. Others might have to take it three times a day. Thats how mine buddy does it. Just start with once a day and see if you need/can up the dosage.

Clen - I also only take my clen once a day. But some people split the higher dosages of 120mcgs - 200mcgs up to twice a day agian this really depnds on you.

im gonna try the 3 days a week and im gonna taper up and down my clen like the handbook says for the 2 week increiments...this is great stuff man

because of the long 1/2 life of clen (34hrs) there is no logical reason to split it up.
ECA stack is best taken 3x day effidrine 1/2 life is only 4-6hrs and i would recomend only 80mg of asprin each time not the full dose 3x day.asprin isnt even nesacerry if only running it 2 weeks at a time.
