i also noticed you mentioned that you wanted to run some t3... i would run it during cycle because i have read that it will catabolize muscle pretty quickly if not using some kinda of AS to prevent that... read up on some of mallets T3 threads he is very educated in that area...
as far as the clen you want to do as well i would use it post cycle because it tends to speed up the heart a little and there's no need for that added strain while on cycle. also it has some anti catabolic properties which should help aid you in pct and spare muscle loss...
