300mg's of deca enough

I am going to be running a test/deca cycle in a few weeks, however i am wondering what you guys think i should run for a dosage of deca, this is waht my cycle looks like right now

Test E 500mgs/wk 1-10
Deca 300mgs/wk 1-9
Winstrol wks 9-13
Clomid 3wks after last shot
novla 10mg/day
arimidex .5ml/day

I am looking to bulk and gain like 20 pounds, i have the resources to get more deca but i do not want to put on to much fat, do you think taht 300mgs will be an effective dose? this is my second cycle my frist was 400mg test cyp a week for 10 weeks i put on like 20lbs off of that, i am 22 years old 6'1 200lbs

i am just looking for opinions do you think i should run the deca at a higher dosage for 10 weeks and the test for 11 or 12, all opinions appreciated

im running 600mg of test and 300mg od deca and the results are good

300mg of deca a week is good.
Bro get your diet on and you will hit your 20lbs on that cycle.

I would only take .25mg L-dex and not .5

Take your Test E (250mg on monday morning and 250mg on thursday afternoon)

clomid should start 14 days after your last Test E injection.

my 1st cycle was 500mg test and 300mg deca, and i had amazing results. 300mg is enough, deca is a strong anabolic.

thanks for all the responses, buylongterm why woudl u say 11 and 10 weeks rather than 10 and 9, any specific reason?

Im running Test E @ 600mg EW for 14 weeks and Deca @ 300mg EW for 12 weeks, jump started with dbol 30mg ED week 1-4. Everything looks real good and Im in week 4.
