    It all depends on how many your taking. The best thing you can do is take them evenly though out the day like 1-2 ever 3 hours. some people like to take an exter one first thing in the morrning. I allways use milk thistle during d-bol intake. to help out my liver

    when i use 'em
    I find divided doses work best for me...
    Like ever 3 hours (50mgED)

    Conversely..some people swear by taking one dose in the a.m.

    and does it matter if i have food in my stomach or i dont know whats up what else is important to know so i get the best results

    Divide them up every 3 hours or so..
    depending on how strong they are.

    Dianabol promotes the protein synthesis, thus it supports the buildup of protein. The calcium uptake is also increased, thus promoting calcium deposits in the bones. So i always like to take it with a protein shake considering it has a good amount of protein an if you make your shake with milk, it will have a good amount of calcium.

    hmmmm...

    i used to think it was best to spread them out but over at www.anabolicboard.com some of the guys are saying that taking the total for the day all at once about 2-3 hours before you lift is best.

    who really knows??

    stick it in your butthole and then swing like a bat on a bar that way i gets into your stomach...i guarantee good results.
