    strength cycle, and what to expect from Halo?

    My current stats are

    bench 290
    DL 490
    SQ 380

    I was planning the following cycle to boost my strength

    week 1-5 100mg test prop day
    week 1-5 80mg tren day
    week 1-5 50mg winny day

    and if i can find it

    week 1-5 30 mg Halo a day

    and if Im not

    week 1-2 800 mg EQ week
    week 3-5 400 mg EQ week

    what strength gains can i expect drom this??

    100mgs of test will shut you down , thats about it. Also , if you want to be lifting heavy weights don't go with Winstrol - its been linked to muscle/tendon/legiment tears .

    A 5 week cycle isnt gonna get you very far. the dosages are allright but the length is too short for what you are trying to do. I dont know what anyone is trying to do with these short cycles. 8 weeks is a minimum cycle length and the longer the better especially when cycling for strength.

    Plus if you deadlift is much more than your squat you either have extremely long legs or you have a mental barrier with having weight on your back. Try doing bench or box squats with an extra 100 pounds than what you workout with. The next time you do regular squats you will be able to use what you did during your box squat workout.

    more specific? the first part of your cycle is already something not good --> too short!
    but the second part (eq) is really bad...
    do some more research... there are a lot of exemples around about strength cycles and right use of eq!

    I didnt even catch the Equipoise part. Yeah if anything take that from the begining of your cycle at 12 weeks with the Test extending 2-3 weeks past your EQ

    some one advices me the following cycle

    week 1-10 1000mg test E week
    week 1-5 150 mg anadrol day

    this one sounds a lot better to me, or am I wrong?

    it is a lot better!
    just be sure to take your liver protectants while on anadrol (i dont know about andadrol dosages, but seems a bit high!)
    what about anti e's, pct?
