D-bol is actually absorbed a lot better with fatty meals. Llewellyn wrote about this, but there is no way I can find the info. You can go to his site to ask directly.

You should take it with meals b/c on an empty stomach you may experience some stomac aches. This is only what I've read on other posts. I am currently taking d-bol and I take it with food, no problems there. Never have taken it on an empty stomach
