    what time to take clomid?

    I've always taken clomid split up twice a day.... But I was just wondering if it's better to take it once a day or continue what I'm doing or what? And also what would be the best time? I've been doing when I wake up and b4 I workout

    If you want to take it twice a day that is up to you but keep in mind that it has a half life of 5 days so there really isnt a need to.
