Tips for newbies scared of the needle. How to overcome the fear!!

I am currently running my 1st cycle, I was one of those guys that feared the injection to death, always have, so it took me a couple of years just to dare try it because of the fear of injections. I got my gf to do the first shot, I was shaking and sweating and nervous as hell, but she did it and I noticed it was not bad and each time I got a shot the fear went down and down and then I finally did it myself and the same thing happened, now it's the easiest thing to do. Anyway, for all those people like me, here are some tips if you think you cant overcome that fear, because if you do roids it is very important to overcome the fear considering how bad an oral roid cycle can be.
First for the 1st shot find someone else to do it.. a friend a family member, your gf, someone at the gym, it doesnt really matter, before getting over the fear of injecting yourself, you have to first get oer the fear of injecting period. Something I did, was pinch my arm and concentrated on the feeling in my arm and before i knew it the whole process was done....take deep breaths, think of something else and relax or thing of how awesome you will look after the cycle, or how strong you will be, or all the ladies you can get... a shot is worth it for all those things. Remember not to look at the needle , the first time I looked at the needle while she was loading it and big mistake, got me more scared. After a while... the fear will be less, the pain will be less, as this two are reduced you can start taking little steps... look at the needle, see how smoothly it goes in, load it up yourself, etc. When you are no longer afraid of the pain or the injection, then you know you are ready to inject yourself. You can first start practicing on oranges, do alot of research of the exact places you can shoot and what needle you need, the days before you shoot imagine yourself doing this and it will make it much easier, practice with a pen ... just poke yourself ... that will hurt more than the inection... and then the big day , take the injuection, load it up, aim, take a deep breath and shoot, dont think about it.... aim and shoot fast, if you think about it too much, you probably will end up not doing anything, you will be surprised as to how easy it is, how little it hurts and the feeling will be great, because you overcame the fear. Then congratulate yourself and wait till the next shot and repeat. The more you repeat the easier it gets. Alot of people don't have this fears, but some have huge fears, fears they think can not be overcomed and thats for who i write this, just in case there are people as chicken as me, lol. Before injecting do as much research as you can, on what needle to use, the better places to inject, etc. Well, good luck to everyone and I hope this post helps some newbies. :)
