how long do you wait ?

I just got done with first competion, i very weak from the weight loss, loss why too much wieght 210-160 :eek: . how long should i wait to get back on gear. If was going to get i run a little d-bol, thing to big.

well it depends on when last cycle was not competion.

it's been a 5 or 6 months since i have been on, just want to run d-bol no more than three weeks

never do d bol alone, you will loose everything after.

so just forget about for now, until i have ducks in one row
