    questine

    I've often read that you should only do 2 cycles a year. Some people even say 3 cycles a year. But pros seem to always be on a cycle of some sort. I'd like to know the real deal. Should I follow a 2 or 3 cycle a year or come up with a constant cycle year round?

    Depends what your goals are and the risks you're willing to take... cycling year round obviously does a lot of damage on your body and increases your risk of long term side effects greatly.

    OK I see your point. But if I were to cycle year round I wouldn't be using high doses all of the time. I was just asking in hopes of someone who has both cycled 2-3 times a year and year round or has spoken and or trained with a pro. of some sort to see what they do that puts them to where they are and keeps them going. ( hope that makes sense ).
