wow did you down it with water afterwards???
no water, I can handle it even though it taste like everclear. I took it 4 hrs ago and still rough breathing. it just feels like someone is standing on my chest, I get the same feeling when I take CLEN. I'm not really worried, just wondering if it was normal.

Dunno I've been on liquid for a week no probs. I usually mix it with a little water :lift: PCT's are such a downer :( Why are you only taking 50mg's?
