Dianabol with Nolvadex and Proviron

I'm new, and I must stress I have to take oral steroids . I have been told to try Dianabol and then Nolvadex and Proviron to counter the estrogen side effects. I just have a few questions...
1 - Why Nolvadex and Proviron? Would it make a difference if I only used one of these? Which one would you recommend if I was only going to use one of them?

2 - After 8 weeks of Dianabol what should I do afterwards to maintain the gains and new mass?

You really can't expect to keep much of your gains from a dbol only cycle.

I used to have a lot more mass but I had an illness last year that kept me away from the gym and I was off my food. Just want to use steroids to get me back to the size I was really.

too young for gear mate, i lost 6st before due to a car accident,this was long before i used roids, had it back on within 4mths with diet. muscle memory, it never forgets!
