    Taking a poll on individuals Dosages wouldnt even you help you or anyone bro...as some guys on here are advanced...but I can tell you that anything over 600-800 is a waste IMO.

    its not about the dose of gear it the WORK that goes into it! If i took a Ronnie Coleman dose of xxx gear it wont give me Ronnie Coleman results. Its about consistancy and dedication and diet. Granted, "advanced" guys build a tolerance to gear and have to use more. Is that safe? Probably. Will i ever giant dose? No. Should you? No.

    to answer your question i have used 580 mg of decca per week.

    Ive done 1g per week. IMO best results are 2-3mg per lb of bodyweight.

    posting big numbers just confuses new guys. If i said 3 grams a week put a ton of mass on me, someone would do it.
