Getting your #'s up
i dono wether to put this on powerlifting forum or this forum, tell me if it shouldnt be on this forum, but i wanna get my squat and bench numbers up
just wondering what u thot of this system

you'll find more applicable info in the weight training forum. Are your only goals to get your squat and bench up? Are you looking for size all around? If so, I'd stay in the 6-8 rep range. And remember, what works for some will not work for others, Why not try the program out and see if it produces results, just switch it up often.
