Hey bros,
I keep reading that tren is bad or hard on cardio, can anyone explain this. I am going to be doing a cycle of prop/tren/mast t3/clen with cardio in the morning 30-40min.
Thanks
HM

bump... I'm insterested too
This topic has been coming up lately, I would like to know how long would it take to be back to normal, as far as cardio goes? Is 2 weeks suffecient enough?
I have done serveral cycles of tren, and didnt see any effect on my cardio, does it only effect you when going over 85%mhr?
anyone?
not 100 percent sure, but i know on tren my heart rate kicks up real high. Maybe it has something to do with your heart rate being too high and making it too easy to cross that fat burning threshold
humm, so maybe keep the cardio to a walk
i have run 200mcg(spiropent) and continued cardio as usual.1hr eliptical with no problems.you just have to adjust the dose to your personal response to it.some can tolerate it,some can not.
I didn't notice any difference in my heartrate while doing cardio on tren....
sh!t..my bad.i thought i read clen
No trouble with tren and cardio.just sweat like a pig.make sure you have atleast 2 sweat rags with you or you'll be leaving puddles
so would high intensity running, for example sprints be dangerous, or does it just slow you down a bit? BUMP
No, last year half of my team was on tren and we ran hard 3 times a week in the off season. No one has died yet, just the worst pumps of your life, and a couple pulled hamstrings.Quote:

watch out for the stomach crapping while running on AAS especially tren, they are a *****, ive had to leave the gym twice while running on tren bc i couldnt tolerate the cramping, just something to think about
bump I wanna hear some more input on this as well...
bump... me too, I might be doing a cycle with tren in a few weeks and would like to hear more about this.
I always get a wicked painful pump in my right shin area and sometimes my lowerback .It gets so bad I can only go 20min to 30 min instead of my 45-60min
I have posted about this in another thread, so I will just cut and paste.
Your Cardio gets ruined, because of the increased blood flow to your muscles. The "pumps" you get from juice are great for building muscle because it brings more oxygen and nutrients into them. However, this is also the same reason why it is horribe for cardio. Bascially, your muscles are drawing in so much Oxygen, that when you do cardio, there is not enough left for you to breath when you really need it. Thats why you feel short of breath. Also for many people, the muscle pumps in your legs can be unbearably painful if you need to run while on juice. When I tried to run during my last cycle of Prop/Tren, my shins were so over pumped they felt like the muscle was going to tear of the bone. Plus, I couldn't run more than 1/2 mile to save my life.
what about doin the precor (elliptical)...???
When I do cardio on Tren I cramp up in my legs(calfs and shin splints) really bad.
yeah i am thinking the same thing. with tren your blood pressure is already skyrocketing and to add cardio to that could be more harm than good. low intensity cardio would be best if you had to do it.Quote:
