i was thinking of running an test prop and winny cycle to lean out. how much should i run of each and for how long? i know not to run the winny longer then 6 weeks, at 50mg ed, but what about the prop? let me know thanks

You could run them several different ways with some minor changes. You could try something like this:
wks 1-8 test prop 50mg ED
wks 3-8 winny 50mg ED
this would be my second cycle, im 21 6'2 220lbs.
i'd run the prop at 75 mg/ed.
1-8(10) prop 75 ed
winny for the last 6 wks @ 50mg ed with LIVER PROTECTANTS!
like what liver protectants would you really need. winny isnt going to hurt that much if your drinking a good amount of water.
If it's oral winny use Tyler's liver detox...that's what I use for any oral. Milk thistle and cranberry are great as well.
