Pin problem, Quick advice

My source couldnt pull through with my normal pins, my dog has insulin needles but they are small, like 1/2 inch. My injection was suposed to be today. Can I use the short needle on a place like my quad with no fat or should I miss the inject and wait for the 1 and 1/2 inch pin?

depends on your body fat...i've used a slin pin for my shoulders, chest and bi's before but it takes a while to get the oil through...

The are actually 5/16 so they are tiny! I can do tomorrow and be 24 hours late, or right now with a tiny pin. What will happen if the pin is too small and not deep enough? Its sust im injecting

if ya dont get it in deep enough you risk getting an absess

IMO youll be fine with them Ive used them in quad injections before it just takes a long time.
