What's up, I'm 6'0 190 and I'm 11% body fat. I have done one cycle which was a test e only cycle at 500mg a wk. I was not prepared for the first as I did not take any anti-e's like nolva and no clomid or hcg after. I still kept about 12lbs though.
I'm about to start my second cycle and this is what I will be doing.
Test E wk 1-10 350mg or 500mg
Eq wk 1-10 400mg a week
and Winny weeks 7-12 50mg eod
Post Cycle I just am going to use what I got off the novice cycle chart, as well as for my nolva.
My questiong is last cycle I did retain alot of water, I am looking to add muscle and strength but I want to gain at most 15lbs. Since I have nolva should I use test e at 500mg, or do you think if I lower the dose I will get strength but not the water? Also I have test prop do you think I should run that for the first 4 wks at 75 mg eod? Any help is appreicated thanks!!
