    training vids

    yo guys i know wrong forum but here goes anyway

    i wana take a vote on some good training videos not body building ones unless its training by a bodybuilder of course. Some of the more acurate ones you seen. thanks

    Markus Ruhls training movies are great, the only bad thing is that he speaks german throughout the movie His gf or whoever that women is on his training videos are quite a bodybuilder as well, d@mn.

    I find Jay Cutlers videos inspiering (spelling) but a bit boring...You can't go wrong with ronnie though, he's funny as h£ll

    Haha...Flex Wheelers is alright...and theres a documentary about the nationals for 17-20 yo too...lots of talking though, little training...

    ronnie coleman of course, in the "unbelievable" video some of his exercises are not done with the strictist of movements but his dedication for more reps and intensity really is something to look up to
