I'm right handed so the right side is always easier for me. But I've got to the point now where I am real good from any side or angle. God I love needles!!!!

i have the same problem. not just sticking it in but finding a good spot to inject. my right side is a piece of cake but the left...

Quads blow... They get more and more painful every time.... Shoulders are cake if you can do them.... even better if you can have someone else do it.

I'm right handed but i find the outside of my left-glute an easier shoot than some areas of my right glute. No stabilising with both hands either

I shoot quads exclusively. Tried the delt a few times and liked it, but I perfer quads. Everything is right there and you can use 2 hands. I use a 25GA 1", I used to use a 23GA 1.5", that'll work. I don't know how much bodyfat you have, but I wouldn't stick the whole 1.5" in. I would go 1", about 2/3 of the 1.5". Just eyeball your upper outer quad for veins and stick it in. I go very slowly. People are always compalining about hitting nerves and making their leg jump so I'm paranoid about that. Hasn't happened yet though. Good luck.

For left glute, this is what I do:

    1. Lay on your back.
    2. Throw ur legs over ur head pretending ur blowing ur self.
    3. Reach your right hand between the legs.
    4. Inject into ur left cheek and pull the plunger to aspirate with the left hand.

Seriously... to answer your quad injection... 25g 1inch would work perfectly. No pain no gain.
