just curious how most of you bros do your bi injections.
i know you do it with your arm relaxed but do you straighten it out or go with it bent. and also if you split your bicep up where the one big vien runs, do you go on the outer part of it or the inner, tender part? and is 1cc good for the first several times? or should i start with maybe .5cc?thanks bros

i go relaxed on bicep shot. i seem to get sore when i shot flexed. i flex first, find the peak, relax arm and shoot. i move over a tad and hit the inner head. i wouldnt go anymore than 1.5 cc on bi's.

usually 1ml per bicep when i use it usually go dirrectly on the top then 1/2 inch inwards at least 1in pin
