how much sust ? need to get bigger
I have been training and taking gear for about 6 years and I am sick of not getting any bigger I seem to get stuck at about 200 pounds I have attached a pic of my build at the peak of a course. Its ok just want to get to about 220 pounds sick of being this size !
In past i have taken 250mg sust ew
was thinking of uping the sust to say 500mg a week or 750 would this be pushing it ?

250 mg/week of sust isnt enough.
sust needs to be shot EOD as well. shoot for minimum of 500mg/week

Skip sust and get some Test Enan do 250mg 2x a week. Also, you might want to shake it a little better next time you piss...lol

Right I have done many cycles all had sust base and usaully deca and always debol tryed oxymethalone a few times !
My diet is okay I think I propberbly have about 300 gram protein a day
I dont think i eat enough carbs tho scared of getting them love handles to big !
I think i will go for 3 shoots of sust a week ?
I have some test cyp but i think its fake all post a pic in a sec it looks dodgy to me !

Dont be scared of getting them love handles too big... you can strip the fat off later... worry about building solid muscle. What about your training hows that look

With many cycles and you cant get past 200? How many weight do you gain per cycle? Watch out you dont have fake gear.. I did a fake cycle once.. and it could happen cuz if you think it's real it will help you mentally and you gain some weight, but the gear is fake!

my training it good ! i train 4 time a week chest bys , back trys, shoulders , legs
i find it easy to get my chest to feel sore a day or to after but find it very difficult to get other parts to get sore !

change ur training routine, change reps, resting time between sets, vary ur exercises, do supersets, isolate muscle groups, all these will make u ache the next day if done properly.....but remember acheing doesnt mean ur growing

If you want to grow try adding fina. 100mg/day with a gram of sustanon each week 250mg every M-Tue-Thu-Fri. If you really want to go crazy add 50-100mg/day prop. Now before I get flamed I am just giving my opinion to the question asked. So a disclaimer. The more you dose the greater chance of side effects. The worst being hypertension, high cholesterol and gyno. Are you willing to risk possible long term health cosequences?
