Shoulder Pain... What else can I take?

I've been having an increasing amount of shoulder pain recently and I need to know what I can do or take to battle this. Im already taking 3000mg of Glucosamine/day and I dont wanna take Deca just for the soul purpose for lubing joints because it's pretty expensive. I've dislocated my shoulder in the past and I always do warmup exercises for my shoulder but just recently I've started to go really heavy again and its killing me. Is there anything else out there that can help?

    thanx

If it's a cartledge(sp?) problem I hear adequan would be your best bet.

I think it is cartilage because i think i tore some ligaments when I dislocated my shoulder. My form is good on my exercises so I know its not that. Where can I get some adequan? and waht else is good?

i also had the same prob. I did my rotator cuff exercise EOD in the morning and stuck with dumbbells for 2 months (ie shoulder press, bench press, etc). Bar exercises are to restrictive for your shoulder, hence the continuing pain...

I have had 3 surgeries for labral tears. 2 on left and 1 on right. The most recent was a year ago on my left. It still gives me a lot of problems. Anybody know if adequan would work. I dread chest and shoulder day it hurts too much.

Glucosamine plus cod liver oil does work but once on you take it for life or the pain does come back, if it is bothering you that much you should take some time off. Then go back and re-train you should also ice every day after the gym, but you must be determined every day.
