Well bro before anyone answers you we will need some stats, i.e weight, age, previous cycles, goals. etc...
Also what dosage will you be running with the sus250? You can also run a search on sus250 and see what people with your similar stats have done under "members cycles"...
SUS250 by itself is not bad but can be stacked with a lot of other gear for awesome results. Read, research, and welcome to AR
Im 24 and i weigh about 79kg. I have been on sus250 before and it was great. My goal is to gain size but not to the extreme, i would like to reach the ideal weight of 90kg. I have been working out hard for about 6 years and have been doing it on and off since i was 15 (i did some d-bol back then). Im planning to take about 2.5ml a week of sus.
I would recommend taking 2cc's (2ml) per week = 500mg/week.
To answer your original question, yes, sust would be a better choice than dbol. Dbol will give you fast gains in strength and size but with a lot of water retention. Also because dbol is a 17aa it can be hard on the liver if run longer than 6 weeks. I would also suggest that you get an anti-estrogen (arimidex or nolvadex) as well as clomid for post cycle. You also may want to consider EQ @ 400mg/week or possibly deca @ 400mg/week along with the sust. Good luck.

week 1-4 30mgs/day d-bol
week 1-10 sus 500mgs/week
week 1-10 deca 400mgs/week
Start clomid 3 weeks after last sus shot
