I posted this over in the Baseball forum, but I'm going to try to get a little more info here. I've heard of people injecting B complex to help with injury and reduce recovery time. My question is, does any one know a correct dosage to take? Thanks guys

I used 1000mcg ed, and was never sore after a workout. But I've never used it for an injury, so I don't know about that. But it should help you recover.

I start with 1ml(1000mcg)-2ml ED til i feel less fatigued

Never used for and injury tho..Used in contest prep when the diet had me feeling run down.
