    Cycles-Missing a day

    Hi guys,

    I am going to start my first cycle next week, but I am also scheduled to go away on a trip to CA for a week starting Wednesday. Whenever I travel I never have great workouts and my diet always suffers....So my question is? Should I wait to start my cycle until I get back home or would it be OK to start the day before I leave for my trip. Also thinking my butt will hurt from the first shot and I will be sitting on a plane for about 6 hours...ouch!!!

    Your thoughts???

    I would say don't start till your ready to dedicated 110% to your Diet, Workout and Cycle. It's not worth starting if your not. Hold off till you get back. Just MO.

    What cycle? The long esters take awhile to deploy. If you're doing test or deca I would get it in there before you go.
