    dnp question!

    I am poor and I just got some dnp . what suppliments do I extreamly need thanx.
    also is it wise to do dnp during finals? I wanted to do it becuase I will be sitting down all the time so it makes sense. please if no explain. thnx.

    off the top of my head...vit. c, vit. e, benydrl, water-lots of it, fruit, lots of it, multi vit., hmmm well do a search also

    this is dangerous you know

    stay @ 200mg for at least 4 days, then if you want bump to 400

    don't go past 400 ur 1st time

    if this is the first time you're ever using DNP i would stay away from other stuff like that wait till next time to see how you react to this..

    as for the supps,

    multi vit
    get a vit A C E combo they are antioxidants you want those
    V8 or V8 splash for the potasium lots of it
    loads of water

    i would say those are the MUST haves anythign else is just iceing on the cake
    ohh and a thermometer

    and as far as doing it during finals... the first 2 - 4 days you're on it you should be ok, after that when you feel stressed (like when taking a final) it jacks ur temp up and your final will be a puddle of water from your sweat

    You didn't state the dosages you were planning on using, but the higher the dosage the more supplements required. I think TheChoseOne had a bad experience using both DNP and T3 at the same time - I'd skip it if it's your first dnp cycle.

    But if your taking Bendryl you don't need Quecertin right? I thought Quecertin was just an herbal form of bendryl - both are antihitamines correct?

    I am also thinking about doing it, but I think I would feel like a dink weed sweating in class, in the middle of November...

    Yeah thats why i stopped my cycle until december when classes are out.

    If your a 1st time user stick to 200mg per day for 14 days, better be safe than sorry. But DNP works like nothing else!!!
