I am taking 40mg a day and today (2ndday) I noticed that I am not hungry at all. I ate 1 meal today. I just forced myself to take a pro shake. I know that this is suppose to be a plus for my weight loss. I just didn't think it would hit so fast. I was thinking maybe to feel something by next weekend.
Anyone else experience this? What did you do, lower the dosage or force feed?
