man I have never felt so lean and so confident. I have to admit I am thankfull off the help you guys help have gaved me for last two years. since my knowledge has increased it looks like I have transformed completly. I wish I had pictures but I will in couple of weeks when I get a new computer but here is a followup of my cycle.
