Does anyone know the time to be on on these differentes ster. the less the better

are you asking whats the best length of time to do a tren/eq cycle ?

if what you're askin is what ^ said, then I'd go with something like this.

if bulking

1-12 test enan 500mg a week
1-12 eq 400mg a week
1-12 tren a 75mg everyday

a cutter

1-14 test prop 75mg everyday
1-12 eq 400mg every week
1-12 tren a 75mg everyday

PCT and ancillaries of course.

everyday sticks for a first cycle is a bit much.
