    Maintenance cal help

    was up guys,

    I would like to know from all of you 200lb bb. What is your average calorie intake for maintenance.

    I weight 200lbs and about 12%bf work out about 4 times a week .

    I came up with about 3000 cals for me. 40%P 40%C 20%F
