Hey guys, Im headding for the finish line. My goal is now 220lbs After joining this site 2 years ago at 150. I am currently holding it at 200lbs. Much more disciplined and wiser than before. I have decided to go for my 4th cycle of AR. I picked this up from the home page. The original cycle includes .25mg of liquidex from week 1-19 but I have considered it not necessary. What do you guys say about it? Any inputs are welcomed I still havent ordered it but am a few days away. Do you think I should use liquidex or is nolva enough?

Week 1-13 Test Ethanate 750mg a week
>Week 1- 4 Test Prop 100mg a week
>Week 1-12 Equipoise 600mg a week
>Week 1-19 Nolvadex 20mg a day
>Week 10-15Winstrol 75mg ED
>Week 16-19 CLOMID THERAYPY 100 mg a day

Run Some more prop from 13-15 to go with the winny and start PCT accordingly

SO you suggest I run another 3 weeks of prop during the winnie weeks?

Do you think that nolva during the cycle and clomid as pct is enough or do I need to run liquidex too? :unsure:

Id say drop the nolva to 10mg a day and bump it to 20mg for PCT

I hope you mean 100mg prop ED and not every week :scratch:
I'd also drop nolva to 10mg ED and then bump it up on PCT to 20mg ED.
Clomid therapy shouldn't just be ran 100mg ED through 3 weeks.

Sustanon: 18 days 3 weeks
Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days 3 weeks
Testosterone Enanthate/Testaviron: 2 weeks 3 weeks
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days 3 weeks
Testosterone Suspension: 4 - 8 hours 2-3 weeks
Winstrol 8 - 12 hours 2-3 weeks

Yeah, I meant 100mg ED for 4 weeks of test prop. So should I drop the Nolva during the cycle and included it in my PCT? I only had planned clomid for the PCT and run Nolva all the way thru the cycle only.
