Im just woundering how many of you guys run 20mg of nolva ed insted of 10 ed, my cycle is 750mg of test e week and 600mg of eq a week and i dont think 10mg is cuttn it.

Im just woundering how many of you guys run 20mg of nolva ed insted of 10 ed, my cycle is 750mg of test e week and 600mg of eq a week and i dont think 10mg is cuttn it.
10mg of nolva, to me, is for estrogen control. If you're prone to gyno or if you've had gyno while taking 10mg nolva you might want to increase it to 20mg. I would also look into an AI like ldex or femarra during your cycle.

i take 20mg/day. im very gyno prone. plus i take 1.25mg/EOD of femara
