break it down so u inject 2 times a week. this will help keep more stable blood levels
up to at least 300mg/week.......what? did you only buy a 10ml bottle?
I would keep it at no less than 300mg per wk, otherwise your just wasting your time.

Well everybody's different some will say 200mg, and some will say 750mg. Its all about trial and error
