I have done my research and all, looked at pheedo's pct page. just need a little advice. should i start my clomid 21 days after my last deca shot, or 18 days after my last sust shot? this next upcoming week will be my last 3 shots of sust......
Also what is the best pct for clomid to run? 300mg first day, 100 the second, and 50 from the third on? i plan on running nolv threw pct.
any adivce would be appriciated

Both have the deconate ester in them so it will be the same for both.
Pheenos PCT is good stuff, I gained 37lbs last cycle weighing 277lbs I stayed in the 270lb+ range for more than 2 months after my cycle and I didnt relaly loose anything untill I started doing more cardio, and cutting..

Go to pct.. you will find alot of post on that... but ultimately you will find a million opinions, so do all the research you can and go with what most makes sense.
I would start 18 days from last sust, since you are stopping deca a week before sust it should time out to be about right with the deca
