hey bros
how long does it generally take you to lose your water from your roids?? yesterday was my last shot and i still got the water (i know it will take longer).
im doing moderate cardio and cleaning up the diet wanting to help drop the water and start to lose fat slowly with a clean diet...
any suggestions?
werent u taking any l-dex or femara throughout the cycle?
i know im dumb...no i was not. i was taking an anti e but nothing for retention, i was on dbol and deca as well and knowing how they deal with water i knew it would be bad...
what kind of time frame am i looking at?
i was gonna say if you were taking test e solo you would be fine with taking nolva throughout cycle and wouldnt need to take ldex, but since you also took dbol and deca you definatelly should have taken ldex everyday.

yeah bro it took me bout 3 weeks before i was back on track. I took a natural testosterone booster to get my system back up and running again. If you dont this could mean a great loss in weight. But keep a good clean diet and cardio and u will b ripped in no time.
