Critique my cycle please!!

4th cycle...


weeks 1-10 = 750mg of test ent. or weeks 1-13 = 600mg of test ent.
weeks 1-10 = 300mg of eq
weeks 10-15 = 50mg of test prop EOD
weeks 1-18 = nolvadex 20mg/day
weeks 15-18 = normal clomid therapy
weeks 1-18 = multivitamin
weeks 1-18 = 4 grams pantothenic acid
weeks 1-18 = 200mg of vitamin b6
weeks 1-18 = 220grams of protein daily

**Not sure how many calories i should take in if i want to cut up im guessing since i am taking in the juice i should go with at least 3000 i normally take in 4500 when im bulking

eq is not run long enough, for best results 12- 14 wks. or longer. And why are you taking 20 mg of nolva, 10 mg would be enough unless you are gyno prone i wouldn't take more than that.

alright so i can run 400mg of eq for like 14 weeks but is that too close to when my test prop is ending cause i know ur suppose to end the cycle with test

Run it like this instead:

weeks 1-13 = 600mg of test ent.
weeks 1-12 = 400mg of eq
weeks 14-16 = 50mg of test prop ED
weeks 1-16 = nolvadex 10mg ED
weeks 17-19 = normal clomid therapy + nolva 20mg ED
weeks 1-19 = multivitamin
weeks 1-19 = 200mg of vitamin b6 ED
