on/off days when on cycle
hey guys, i was jw what some of yalls training splits look like, esp. while on cycle. i used to split it up like this:
monday-legs
tuesday-chest
wed-shoulders
thurs-back
fri-arms
but lately ive gone to push day (chest/tri), pull day (back/bi), leg day and shoulder day. i know rest is key to growth, but i also know while on cycle you recover much faster, so my ? is how should i split up my days and how many days a week should i rest?? FYI im taking test cyp @ 500mg/week and anadrol @75mg ED and trying to put on all the weight humanly possible.
