y strat the eq at 5 weeks i would say start it at week one cuz it takes a while to kick in...imho
need to run the eq for at least 12wks for best results, and 10mg of winny a day wont do anything need to do 40-50 minimum. otherwise looks good!
id say go wit 30mg winnie a day theres a hour hour halflife so 3 a day should be good...
