I would go with 400mg per week. I heard there's not much difference between 400-600mg. I guess I will see for myself in March
Im currently doing 400mg every week, im 8 weeks in and love the results. Your not planning on running eq alone are you????? Throw in some test, or winny, or both.

I would definitely go at LEAST 400mg. I am running 500mg right now and wish I would have ran it at 600mg. EQ is definitely a steroid that I feel that a higher dose yields much more gains with the proper diet.
I have taked 200mg/week for 10 weeks of only EQ and i have taked 15lbs...
I can't compare 400 to 600/wk seeing as how I've only done 400/wk... but even at that dose, w/ TE thrown in there, I gained 26 and turned into a rock... I did fine w/ just 400mg/wk, however you might react differently, I don't know, it's up to you, but I would not do less than 400 imho.
if someone was running eq at 400mgs per week(200mgs mon and thurs) at what point would you add the winstrol. from the start or towards the end. say 50 mgs ed for the last few weeks.? if you only have a 20 cc bottle of winny should you hold off till you get a second.
