    Does anyone reccomend front loading 1st cycle?

    Im doing a 500mg/week cycle of Test-e soon as my first cycle, and because of the ester i know it takes like 4 weeks to kick in. Is it worth it to front load with like 3 weeks of dBol at all, or should i just stick to the test?

    Positives: Ill get gains right away with frontloading

    Negatives: It is my first cycle, and if something happens weird on like week 4, i wont know if its the test or the dBol.


    Waddya think?

    just be patient and run the test, I did and the gains are nice and gradual

    i will suggest running the dbol at 30mg from week 1-4 and your test should kick in by the time you are done with the dbol cycle

    I would add the dbol , keeps you motivated while the test kicks in.

    It wouldn't hurt, but let me give you my first cycle experience. I used dbol 1-4 with test e 1-12. The only problem is it being my first cycle I gained so much strenght I injured my elbow and couldn't lift any thing. I had to stop every thing at once and turned into a weak blob of fat. I suggest to all to ease into the world of aas. Good luck.

    ****, thats some good info. I definately dont want to get like that during the first cycle, but i may still try it, just for ****s.

    Anyone else have this happen, where you get so strong you hurt yourself?

    I dont have any current existing injuries at all, like any joint or muscle injuries, so i dunno if anything will happen.......

    You can front load with the test, however lets say you got the high injection site pain stuff... a front load will double that pain... but it works like this, if you are going 500 mg a week, your first week will be 1000 mg, that moves your kick in stage up to 2.5 to 3 weeks where it would otherwise be week #4 or more likely 5. Its also not a bad idea to give yourself a 1/2 CC first shot test to make sure you arent a rare one that is alergic and to see if you have the high pain stuff... it happens with underground labs.

    I always recomend frontloading...Especailly with AS like Eq.

    i'm runnin a test e cycle at 500mgs a week, i front loaded with 5 weeks of dbol 30mg ed, i found this worked really well for me, the test didn't kick in unitl week 5, but i was pumped because i was gettin gain rite away from the d-bol so it kept me motivated. i'd frontload with the d-bol, i've noticed my strenth go way up, i am cautions not to hurt myslef tho, if i feel pain when i'm lifting i just stop, and move onto a new excercise. good luck bro

    You need a minimum of 2 years of natural training before steroids or you are sure to injur yourself. The bigger parts of your muscles grow rapidly, your bone joints, tendens and narrow parts of your muscle see almost no benefit from steroids, so you have unbalanced strength gains and this is why injuries for the under trained athlete trying steroids are so common.

    Well, ive been training for a while now, and i know what im doing and have a good base built up. Im thinking, just to try it out, ill stick with the test e first, leave the frontloading for latter cycles.
