questions about Halo

Hey guys. I've read the steroid profile about Halo. But I still have a couple questions for people who have used it.

1. From what I read, it is used for strength gains for competitions, and doesn't add size. Is this true?

2. Since I train for MMA competitions, I can use the strength gains and increased aggressivness. But how does Halo affect your cardio? Does it help, or take away?

3. The profiles also said it was around $100 for 100/10mg tablets. Is this right? What is the going price for it?
