I agree man!!! It reminds me of a guy who read up on other peoples cycles and exaggerated them to make a sh*tty anti-steroid article. Not believable to me.

I feel that the article is prollly fabricated that isn't to say that it doesn't contain any valid points. I thought it would be most useful for newbies.
These guys have to decide whose they trust on this board and whose advice to take. And whether the bros on here agree with their decision once it has been though out planned and researched as much as poss it has to better than just throwing roids at a problem without a spare though.

Have shower! Try to use a anti-bacterial soap if you can this will kill of any bacteria on the skin which will prevent them getting in though you injection and if you get achne during your cycle it may help.

OR you could just use an alcohol wipe.


Soak oil based steroid ampules (or the base of bottles) in hot water (not boiling) for a few minuets prior to injection this will thin out the oils making them easier to pass down the needle and to spread out in the muscle.

I'm not even going to comment on this one.


Note when inserting, retracting or injecting the needle should not be allowed to wiggle inside the muscle as this may scratch up the inside and cause irritation, the needle should only move in and out with no deviation at all.

I'd hate to 'scratch' up my inside...or maybe he means hit a nerve?
