Hey bros, I did **** load of research before I went on my cycle.
I've been on it for two weeks, its the standard newbie cycle of 500mg test e/wk for 10wks and 30mg dbol for 4 weeks, plue ldex .3 and nolvo 10/ed. I'm 30 and have been lifting on and of for about 10yrs seriously for the last 2yrs. I'm 5'8 and 188 pounds with about 10-11%bf. my problem is I haven't felt the dbol kick in at all yet, before the two weeks i was 180lbs so I've gained 8lbs in two weeks but no improvement in strength gains.I know from reading other peeps thread from dbol some claim that "it didn't do ****" for them, do you think this is the case for me? I did a cycle of M1t about 4 mos ago and that stuff worked and gave me awesome strength gains and quick. My gear is legit since its all from a very reliable source.My diet isn't the greatest but its ok:
morning two packets of oatmeal and 8egg whites plus protein drink
snack: 1.5 portions of chicken brest
workout
pwo protein drink
lunch: salmon 2 portions or 2 tuna sandwichs.
snack:8egg whites
evening: 1.5 portion of chicken brest and 1 tuna sandwich.
before i sleep: protien drink with 1-2 tablespoons of flax seed oil.
my only other problem is that I've got tendonitis about two days ago, but i can work around it.
So what you all think, should i continue with the dbol or not?
