shoulder injuiry is freaking me out god!!

i had surgury on this shoulder 4 years ago it was a chronic dislocator. i was a hockey player. and its acting up on me now im not sure maybe because its winter time it drys up the rotator cuff. it hurts like a mofo and i dont want to go back to the doctor coz im afraid of more surguries. does anyoen who has the same problem as me get a bad effect on their shoulders or knees or whatever was operated during the winter time?

if i go back on cycle anytime i realy have to use deca because my shoulders always act up on me and my joints murder. im just scared of deca because im prone to prolactin gyno.. will eq lube up the joints for me?
