Have you tried Ebay? Maybe someone is selling a used copy of the book, if that is indeed what your talking about. I think there are some people who don't require paypal for payment.
dude go to yahoo and shop and just type anabolics 2002 in and you will get ton of online stores that take credit card who have it for sale....
