    off days

    I lift 6 days a week M-Sat. and i take sundays off...should i take my steriods on the day i dont lift??

    Yes take the d-bols even on your days off from training. The reason is that you don't want to have your hormones fluctuating anymore than they have too. Also remember that you grow when you are sleeping not while you are in the weight room. Training only stimulates the muscle for growth, rest actually does the growing. This means that steroids are probably more benificial to growth on your days off then they are to training days. Also its just my opinion but 6 days a week seems like a lot of training days. Are you sure you are not overtraining?

    so ur sayin that if i work hard and take dbol for about 4 weeks and keep liftin while take clomid afterwards i wont see results and keep them
