deca alone is a bad choice, wudnt recommend it even tho i hav friends which hav done it alone and made good gains but they didnt reli kno wot they were doing, u need some test in ur cycle, do some more research

Don't do DECA alone if you have a girlfriend and want to stay with her.
CAN YOU SAY DECA DICKKK. You obviously have a lot of research to do, the more you read the the better for you and the cycle you decide on. Imo test is so important for any cycle you do. Good luck bro and read as much as you can.

Deca alone, bad idea. Ive done it. You will get shut down at somewhere around 3 weeks, thats when your body is completely reliant on deca but its a low androgen so your body has not test. Deca dick. You can run somehting light, test wise, go 100mg of prop every other day, to keep your nuts in check. Its also a VERY GOOD IDEA to us anti-estrogens, proviron really keeps the bloat down. Most high BP on deca is from bloat, so make sure and use anti e's. About your age, 20 should be fine, but if your not disciplined and your diet isnt in check, forget about it.
