Starting Cycle today couple questions

Starting first cycle today test E and Dbol..
Couple questions if anyone can help me out.. Bought some b-12 pills but I have been taking a multi. Vitamin for a while and it has kept me from getting sick. Can I take a multi? Vitamin and a B-12 pill together or should I stop the vitamins and just go with the B-12 to increase my appetite?

Second newbie question is what should I concentrate on with my meals? More carbs or more protein or just eat like crazy?

Take the multi and the b's.Eat every 2 to 2.5 hours and keep it relatively clean, I assume you're trying to bulk with your purposed cycle. So remember to eat 2g of protein for every lb of body weight and also carbs are your friend.
